Our History
An introduction to the history of our company, which has reached its 100th year since its founding in 2023.
| 1923 | Founded as a merchant store in Tsuruhashi, Ikunoku, Osaka Collaboration factory with Lion Corporation |

| 1946 | Becomes a corporate organization as TAIYO BRUSH Co., Ltd. |
| 1964 | Established development department, and work starts on developing proprietary automatic machines |
| 1966 | Developed TA style automatic bristle cutting machine, and began selling to domestic peers and exporters |
| 1967 | Developed automatic bundle cutting machine and automatic mixed bristle machines |
| 1973 | Established Zahoransky automatic bristle tufting machines |
| 1974 | Developed TA style automatic bristle end cutter Malmö machine |
| 1997 | Began production of interdental brushes and development of interdental brush production machines |
| 2001 | Developed interdental brush inspection equipment |
| 2002 | Developed XY bristle tufting machine with different diameter holes |
| 2004 | Established Boucherie tufting machine and interdental brush production machines (IDM) |
| 2005 | Moved to a new office constructed in Higashinada-ku, Kobe |
| 2013 | The Head Office obtained ISO 9001 certification. Established TAIYO BRUSH Vietnam Co.,Ltd. in the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam |
| 2018 | Participated in the "Hyogo Next-Generation Industry High-level Project" Realized visualization of operation rate from IoT establishment at the head office and production factory |
| 2019 | Certification of "Health Management Excellence Corporation" |
| 2020 | Selected for "Companies Driving Regional Growth" Participated in "Hyogo Prefecture IoT High-level Research Society" |
| 2022 | Selected for "Top 100 Companies Representing the Region" Obtained certification from "Eco Action 21" Signed an industry-academic cooperation agreement with Kobe Tokiwa University |

The Head Office Factory marked the 100th anniversary of its founding. The Head Office Factory acquired Science Based Targets (SBT) certification for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). TAIYO Vietnam Co., Ltd. marked the 10th anniversary of its founding. TAIYO Vietnam Co., Ltd. obtained ISO 9001 certification. |
